Fratelli Restaurant Raises Over $20,000 for Roger's House
Popular Kanata restaurant owners, Richard and Robert Valente, hosted the inaugural "Fratelli's Fundraiser for Roger's House on October 27th. Many local business owners and Sens supporters opened their hearts and wallets to make this event a huge success. Although the weather was cool outside, inside the action was heating up with several of the Senators players attempting to serve hungry patrons in the crowded restaurant. Wade Redden, Chris Neil, Antoine Vermette, Jason Spezza, Martin Havlat, Marion Hossa, and Honourary Roger's House Chairperson Mike Fisher, skillfully served food and beverages all for a great cause.
Together with the Ottawa Senators Foundation, the evening's event raised over $20,000 for Roger's House. Fratelli owners, Richard and Robert were so pleased, they've decided to make this October fundraiser an annual event. Thank you to all of the local business for their kind prize donations and support.
