Arnprior Bull Dogs
Thanks to the Arnprior Bull Dogs who did a bottle drive for Roger's House & fun day on Saturday, March 4, 2006. The weather cooperated, as did hundreds of residents of Arnprior. These kids raised over $740 to date: $655 in less than 2 hours going door-to-door collecting bottles, and another $85 in cash donations.
They still have other raffle items such as a guitar, composite hockey stick and other items that were all donated by local supporters, that will take place at our novice tournament on Mar 18-19. They are also expecting some of the proceeds from their tournament to be donated as well. Their goal is to donate $1000 to Roger's House by the time that they are finished!
